Here are some commonly found specifications you might find useful.
But for a fast reference, I’d suggest checking the FSB 400 MHz guide.
If you need something quicker, consider these details:
Multiplier: 8.0x
Memory sync: 1:1 or 2.00 (varies by manufacturer)
PCIe speed: fixed at 100 MHz
VCore: around 1.35 to 1.4 volts
RAM voltage: 1.8 volts
NB/MCH: avoid the default voltage; if stability fails, increase by about 0.05 to 0.1 volts (values differ by chipset)
VTT: use the standard voltage, or look for a setting named "normal" and adjust manually to the reported default.
These should help you reach roughly 3.2 GHz, which is achievable with most Q6600 G0 models.
For 3.0 GHz, try 333 FSB with a 9.0x multiplier.
Hello,
Check your motherboard on YouTube for videos about Q6600 and motherboard overclocking.
What modifications should I make to my bio?

But for a fast reference, I’d suggest checking the guide.
If you need a quick setup, consider these details:
FSB 400 MHz, Multiplier 8.0x, Memory sync 1:1 or 2.00 based on manufacturer, PCIe fixed at 100 MHz, VCore around 1.35-1.4v, RAM voltage 1.8v, NB/MCH use a slightly higher voltage if needed (values vary by chipset), and VTT should match the default setting unless you see something else).
Default voltage is recommended, but adjust by ±0.05-0.1v if stability isn’t achieved—different chipsets may require different adjustments.
