Overclock problems with my CPU
Overclock problems with my CPU
Hey everyone. I tried to over clock my cpu (AMD Ryzen 3 1200) and I can't get acces to BIOS even thought all fans are spinning. I don't know is my small 450 watt power supply too small or did I fry my motherboard and CPU? Is there any way to tell which it is? All help is appreciated
Hi,
Because you overclocked and there are no posts now, it suggests a setting might be incorrect. Check the user manual or the mobo manufacturer's website for a BIOS reset procedure. Each motherboard is different—typically use the reset button or shut down the computer, then place the jumper back to its original position before trying again. Power off, reposition the jumper, and retry the overclock. Good luck!
Is the system operational? What is the memory usage? Which operating system is active, Windows 10? If it's running, execute this command: C:\Windows\System32\shutdown.exe /r /fw. Your manual should indicate one of the F buttons or prompt for BIOS entry.
I couldn't send any video to my monitor possibly due to a small power supply issue. My motherboard is a Biostar Racing B350ET2 and I'm using 64bit Windows 10 Home.
Is there any movement, and can you view the image or see through the windows?
