Currently running at 4098mhz with 1.4 volts, you're looking to increase performance. What's the safe voltage limit before damage occurs? Your temperatures are normal—around 31-33°C when idle and up to about 50°C under load—so cooling should handle it.

Based on my understanding, 1.45 is likely the maximum voltage. You might try 1.5 for testing purposes.

4.1Ghz works well for a Ryzen CPU, even when temperatures are low; however, high voltage can still cause degradation. The suggested maximum is 1.45 by AMD. My setup wouldn't exceed 3.9Ghz at 1.35v.
