I own a PG248Q monitor from Asus and can overclock it to 180hz. Is this acceptable? Could it affect the monitor's lifespan? What are the risks, especially if I add a fan to help with heat during overclocking?

I have my VG248QE at 155hz and it's fine. It can go higher, but I really like it and would appreciate if it lasted until I upgrade to 4k. At 180hz it seems too much and isn't worth the risk, though if you're not noticing any damage I wouldn't be too concerned.
