Have you observed any speed improvements by turning off the integrated graphics when using overclocked 12th gen Intel CPUs?

It's essentially the same as anything else. I usually keep it off since most boards I use—like Unify-X and Apex—don’t have iGPU power. Even when they do, there’s no real gain from turning it on versus off. Unless you're pushing the chip to its limits with things like BCLK or running it very cold, the performance difference isn’t noticeable. For memory overclocking, occasional iGPU issues might appear in tests, but not in everyday use. In short, unless you need fast synchronization, leaving it off is fine. It’s a cleaner setup and rarely worth the effort unless you're experimenting extensively.
