I'm attempting to perform an overlock on my FX8350, but the VCore is running high. The issue seems to be with a print using prime95.
BIOS Settings: VCore +0180, Turbo Off, Multiplier set to 4.4 Ghtz.
My concern is whether this voltage could harm any components.

I wouldn't go overboard with that board, as it wasn't built for heavy overclocking.

If you're into gaming, boosting the 8350 doesn't significantly improve performance.
In several tests, the best gain was only around 4 frames per second.
Higher temperatures, more power usage, and possibly shorter CPU lifespan all make such gains questionable for me.
Of course, results vary by game and how aggressively you overclock it. The example here shows a max of 4.6ghz, so I won't go beyond that.
My take is clear—SR71 would agree, I wouldn't push it much on a board other than the 990fx.

There are many high-quality overclocking boards, but this particular one isn't among them.
