I need assistance with upgrading my processor to 4.0Ghz or 4.2. I'm aiming for stable performance at 4.0Ghz and require a 1,125 vcore. If I stick to that spec, my PC shuts down. My motherboard is MSI 970A G43 Plus, the cooler is CoolerMaster Hyper T4, and I have links to the images.

The board suffers from weak power and thermal design, lacks heatsinks on the VRM, and I wouldn't recommend overclocking—it won't perform well.
I would not overclock at all; for longevity, it's better to avoid it.

The board has weak power and thermal design, no heatsinks on the VRM, so I wouldn't go overclocking too much—it won't handle it.
I wouldn't even consider overclocking at all if you want the board to last.
Is 4.0 Ghz really high?

I wouldn't even consider giving it a 4.0 rating on that board. It seems the setup isn't suitable for the higher power requirements, and it's likely to overheat like my MSI 970A Krait. This board is better than yours.
