For accuracy regarding the BIOS settings, I performed this action because we share the same specifications but I adjusted mine to 44hz. Spread spectrum and Speedstepping were turned off, and I selected High performance power mode. However, the problem persists.

I’m not entirely sure how Turbo behaves with a manual OC in this BIOS. I decided to disable Turbo and see if that helps.

unfortunately it's still not working. i searched other forums but it seems this problem isn't common. i don't know why, but i haven't adjusted any pc settings. it's frustrating! anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? please leave a comment.
