Can I enhance the performance of my Ryzen 5 on an Asus A320m-k? Are there tools such as Ryzen Master that can help with this?

Only B series chipsets (B350, B450, B550) and X series chipsets (X370, X470, X570) allow overclocking.

All external applications modify BIOS settings, whereas Windows is already running.

Sorry but all the A320m motherboards are locked. They don’t allow changing any bios or power settings required for overclocking. Even with external software, the A320 boards have VRMs not designed for overclocking, so attempting it can lead to system instability, damage the VRMs, and reduce the lifespan of the motherboard.
