You can try adjusting your GPU and CPU settings through the manufacturer's software. For overclocking, check if your system supports it and follow the recommended steps for your specific model. If you need guidance, let me know your exact specs and I can walk you through it.

This APU comes with a strict power limit, meaning adjusting one component affects the others. Despite its outdated design, it still falls into the very basic end of APU performance. Expect limited gains because of the power cap, and this machine is clearly built for simple tasks rather than demanding work.

First off, looking at the specs I assume this is a pre-built computer right? Wich means it probably has the stock cooler on the APU and almost no airflow... You could overclock it, but it's a bit tricky because it an APU (CPU and GPU mixed together). It's the same physical part and might overheat faster if you overclock any of the CPU or GPU part. Also, APUs are not super performant so you might not see a big difference in overclocks. I'm even surprised a modenr PC cans till run on 4 GB of RAM. And now reading @jaslion post, i relaise it'a laptop (stupid me). Don't even try to overclock. More chances to fry something.
