I plan to purchase an FX 6350 and install the ASROCK N68-GS4 FX motherboard. Does it fit?

Yeah, avoid purchasing any of that at the moment. If you must buy now, AMD isn't a wise decision for several reasons. Zen is coming soon, existing AMD sockets are outdated with no upgrade options, and an i3 would match or exceed the performance of the 6350 while costing less.

According to the CPU Support List, the motherboard does not support that processor.

It doesn't seem this motherboard is compatible with that processor. Instead, you should check the CPU Support List for any motherboard you own, which is listed on its support website.

When purchasing a CPU and motherboard, avoid buying a 4+ year old FX series CPU. AMD CPUs aren't worth it; even an i3 6100 on a budget board will surpass and be improved by FX6xxx and most of the time FX8xxx. Overclocking demands a top-tier motherboard, reliable PSU, and a decent cooler. These boards are generally not suitable for overclocking setups.
