So I just completed building my first PC and moved the GPU to the overlook. I have Valley, Heavwn, and Furmark for benchmarking. I'm using MSI Afterburner to tweak clock rates and voltage. The issue is that I can overclock the GPU, but everything else maxes out—1000 core clock, 1000 memory, full voltage, and it still behaves the same as if it were all base. I used GPU Z to confirm the changes worked. I don't know what to do next.
