I increased my i5 6600K to 4.7ghz with a full upgrade and it caused a blue screen of death, now I can't even boot up the PC. It freezes during startup and doesn’t move past that point. I have a cheap cooler from Coolermaster but I’m not sure it’ll help. My motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-Z170-HD3. Can someone assist me?

You should be able to enter the BIOS, but if not, consult your motherboard manual for instructions on resetting the BIOS. It may involve adjusting a switch or jumper, or simply removing the CMOS battery. Next time, increase the speed in small increments.
