Outlook has been automatically forwarding genuine emails from trusted contacts to the junk folder, even after many exchanges with them.
This continues despite our discussions.
No rules or add-ons are available. The Office version is fully updated.

In the Junk folder, just right-click a message and label it as "Not Junk." The filter will remember this action. Moving the file from Junk won't trigger the filter again.

Discovered that this issue is affecting many employees here.
I am the systems administrator and we are utilizing M365 accounts. There have been no changes in the 365 admin center. I also reviewed our mail filter rules within the admin center, but that isn't the cause.
