Outlook has been automatically forwarding genuine emails from trusted contacts to the junk folder, even after many exchanges with them.
This continues despite our discussions.
No rules or add-ons are available. The Office version is fully updated.

In the Junk folder, just right-click a message and label it as "Not Junk." The filter will remember this action. Moving the file from Junk won't trigger the filter again.

I've been working on this. The problem isn't about emails being junk.
Outlook is now marking legitimate emails from trusted senders as spam!
It's causing me to miss important messages, and I'm trying to figure out why.

Work account.
Discovered that this issue is affecting many employees here.
I am the systems administrator and we are utilizing M365 accounts. There have been no changes in the 365 admin center. I also reviewed our mail filter rules within the admin center, but that isn't the cause.

We encountered a problem on the server side recently that led to significant changes in how legitimate traffic was handled. It seems similar issues might exist in your system as well. I’ll look into it further and should have more details by Monday.
