They seem enjoyable, but according to what I understand, there are no PC versions available.

In what way exactly? The few games with a Yakuza vibe are limited. The closest match would be Sleeping Dogs, though it’s set in Hong Kong rather than Japan—so it focuses on Triads instead of Yakuza. You take on the role of an undercover officer, not a criminal, and there are fewer activities with much less attention to detail. If variety matters, GTA is the better choice. The Yakuza series resembles GTA but lacks realistic physics (no vehicles) and is placed in a completely different setting. I’d recommend grabbing a PS4. They’re updating the first few titles with the newest engine and releasing them there. I think eventually all seven games will be available on it. And don’t just assume they look enjoyable—they actually feel engaging. Plus, a PS4 is affordable now, making it a smart investment.

I saw some videos of Yakuza Kiwami and I enjoyed its serious storyline combined with plenty of humorous scenes. It looks like an entertaining game to play, and the combat feels quite impressive. The ability to use signs, bikes, or even a motorcycle against enemies adds a nice touch.

Consider trying Mafia or Grand Theft Auto. Watch Dogs could also be a comparable title, though I'm not an expert. I believe Mafia 2 offers a classic experience.

I haven’t tried the Mafia titles yet, though I’ve enjoyed most GTA games. GTA offers excitement, while the Yakuza series brings a unique blend of intense drama and lighthearted moments.

Perhaps saints row is better suited to your taste. It's lost in favor and usually comes with lower costs.
