In my profile I mention that I overclocked my computer to a 3.9 OC and it performs well. I viewed a panjo tutorial on YouTube about improving gaming performance, which suggested turning off certain components. I grasped most of the advice but missed some details. If anyone has questions, I’ll share the link below. Since my system (Task Manager, CPUID HWMonitor, CPUID CPU-Z, and Cinibench) shows a base clock of 3.6 instead of 3.9, I ran a cinibench test and found its results significantly lower than what I achieved at 3.9 OC. This indicates that even with overclocking, the system isn’t utilizing full power. Do you have any suggestions on how to adjust settings so the OS recognizes my OC? I also keep my power plan set to High Performance, and I’ve read that some AMD CPUs or motherboards may require higher power before they can properly overclock.

Did you disable power-saving and turbo settings in the BIOS?
