I'm setting up my HP Elitedesk 800 G1 with Windows 10, but when I tried to open Firefox, the monitor didn’t receive a signal. After that, the system restarts a few times before launching the Windows recovery. "It seems Windows didn't load properly." I think the issue might be related to storage—perhaps the SATA0 port is damaged, the hard drive is faulty, or the SATA cable isn’t working correctly. I don’t want to reinstall Windows more than four times unless I’m sure of what’s wrong.

It seems you're referring to an HP device and want details on installing Windows 10. You mentioned needing a fresh setup, which means you'll be erasing all existing data.

I placed the installation files on a flash drive and started it, then removed all previous partitions, and proceeded forward. Yes, I completed a fresh setup.
