it seems the issue is more about the available performance than the CPU itself. The game appears to utilize whatever processing power it has.

Your CPU appears to be fine. Ubisoft's DRM seems questionable, but short-term high temperatures shouldn't be a big issue. However, prolonged exposure to 90°C could lead to problems. Let me know your cooler choice—Intel stock or an aftermarket air cooler?
