Origins of Assassin's Creed unfolds in a world shaped by history and rebellion.
Is there any indication they’re removing all prior lore from past titles, especially around the apple and divine conflicts influencing player decisions?
I'm not sure about this. It's possible I'm misunderstanding. I've been following a lot of AC Origins discussions and haven't noticed any mention of continuity issues. Ubisoft has kept quiet on recent details related to the modern race and its predecessors. Reports suggest there might be a current storyline, which makes sense given that Origins focuses on assembling the assassins. It seems logical that some connection to the ancient race would exist, especially since the game centers around them. Additionally, the ancient Egyptian backdrop offers plenty of room for mystical elements. The lead designer, Ashraf, has stated he doesn't want to reveal anything new and hasn't shared any information I've seen.
