The cause of the high CPU usage appears to be different on PCs compared to consoles, which seems unusual.

Hyper seems significantly less efficient compared to Ultra in terms of memory usage, especially since Ultra requires under 3.5 GB while Hyper needs around 5.5 GB. It's unclear exactly how much extra RAM it consumes because the visual improvements aren't obvious during gameplay.

Ultra delivers smooth performance at 1440p with around 50 frames per second. Gsync proves its worth again.

It seems like the game is either a coding mess or a frustrating experience for many NPCs and appearances. On consoles, it should work at 720p with around 20 frames per second.

1700x at 4ghz, verified with a 1070 (roughly a 980ti) running at about 45% usage and around 50 fps.
