Steam store link appears promising. Review impressions suggest it's a fresh title by Sam Barlow, creator of Silent Hill: Shattered Memories and Isle. Though distinct, the reception seems positive. Released on June 24, 2015.

The name seems confusing because Keiichiro Toyoma created Silent Hill, while Sam Barlow developed another Silent Hill title.
