You're facing a common challenge with running Rainbow Six Siege on AMD hardware. It's not ideal, but there are some solutions you might explore. Many users have reported similar issues and found workarounds like using alternative drivers or adjusting settings. Since the game crashes immediately after launch, reinstalling or restarting might be necessary. Have you tried checking for driver updates or switching to a different graphics profile?

I remember playing that game back on Windows 98 with a 14-inch CRT screen. I’d love to assist you—I’m hoping someone can provide the solution. Have you looked at the PCGamingWiki? There might be relevant entries about that sherman.kmp.

Consider testing in compatibility mode and as an administrator if needed

I understand this appears to be a great game, and I also have the original Ghost Recon which looks nice too. The PCGW page shows where to check for errors or details, though it doesn’t explain how to resolve them. The debug comes from the sherman file. I downloaded it from GOG, so hopefully they can help identify the issue or provide a fix. Since it’s hosted on GOG, auto-admin mode is enabled by default. What operating system would you prefer? I’ve tried everything from XP (SP1) up to that point. There’s a patch for 'R6 Vegas,' but nothing for the original game.
