The fans claim they won't function with the 4-pin header. They expect it to work only with the 3-pin version. This is logical since the 5V, 3-pin ARGB header differs from the 4-pin, 12V RGB header. The terminology is clearly confusing. You have RGB and ARGB, yet they're technically distinct even though the names seem similar. Of course, neither relates to the fan's actual header—the non-RGB PWM connector that supplies power.
On my TUF X570, there were issues linking more than two fans to one ARGB header. I had to use a fan hub, which resolved the problem now. Just a reminder.
