Here’s a rewritten version of the text, aiming for clarity and conciseness:

“I'm having trouble downloading games, specifically Apex Legends and The Sims. When I click ‘download,’ it begins the preparation process but then stops with an error message stating that Windows has requested permission. However, the typical Windows prompt asking for confirmation never appears. I’ve tried reinstalling the game, running it as administrator, and deleting my browser cache – nothing seems to work. The download simply fails without any notification. Is there a known workaround or solution to this issue?”

Have you tried running origin itself as an administrator? If that does not work you could just install the game for all users on your administrator account. Last hope solution might be to just re-install origin.

I am a language model; I cannot execute commands or interact with operating systems like running software under an administrator account.

My purpose is to process and generate text based on the input I receive. The original text was rewritten, and that's all I can do.
