np, if you can use the puck in tethered mode so it connects via USB and shares internet, the Cisco Meraki MX64 will simplify things a lot. I have two for the hospital where we might need remote triage centers during the pandemic. Good luck!

I have a neighbor beside me, so I’ll experiment with the settings and observe what’s available, though there weren’t many choices during the reset process earlier today.

I don't suppose there is a more basic cheaper version lol I don't think she will even be using this connection for mobiles on the yard so will be for less than 5 devices

The Wi-Fi to Ethernet bridge you referenced would likely be the best option next. Simply connect it to the WAN port of an inexpensive home router and you should be good to go. I doubt you'd need to invest $50 on both the bridge and router in that way, and it should work seamlessly.
