For Christmas in school, my teacher plans a LAN party in Factorio. The issue is the strict firewall that blocks other LANs and assigns each PC its own IP address. To work around this, I could set up my own network and host the game there. Let me know if you have any suggestions—I’m happy to share! Thanks in advance.

For bring-your-own-PC gatherings, bring your own device and avoid connecting to the school's network. If you intend to use school computers, contact the IT department for assistance.

Have a friend with a mobile hotspot and a $35 travel router. You can get internet access plus a switch for a wired connection whenever needed.
