Hi there, I'm trying to find a tool that can streamline my workflow. I have a Windows Server 2012 R2 with Deluge running continuously. It scans RSS feeds every half hour for new episodes and automatically downloads them into a "New" folder. I also have separate folders for series and movies where I manually organize files, including subtitles. I'm looking for software that can monitor the "New" folder regularly (every five minutes) to detect new items and move them to the correct locations, such as placing a file like "Game.of.Thrones.S05E07.720p.HDTV.x264-IMMERSE[rarbg]" into the appropriate series folder. If you know of any solutions that can handle this independently after setup, I'd appreciate your help. Thanks!

I operate two applications: TheRenamer which updates movie and TV series names to match the format of my server using EMBY/MediaServerBrowser, and a bulk renamer for cases where standard tools fail, such as with Futurama. Both handle subtitle downloads automatically.

Changing the filenames shouldn't affect the retrieval of the correct subtitles. I usually maintain the original names for consistency. Just moved them to the library directories.

I save the file, change its name, and transfer it to my movies folder. After that, the library scans it and fetches the subtitles. For example, I renamed this film to Big Hero 6 and stored it in the correct directory, which completed the download.
