It doesn't seem Windows 7 supports stacking similar programs as intended. The tutorial you shared appears to suggest otherwise, though it may not be fully accurate.

That's correct. I've turned off the grouping of similar buttons, so they now appear side by side instead of in a single tile. Still, I need more flexibility to manage each program's individual buttons. For example, I'd like to reposition the "Forum" button to the end and adjust the placement of the "YouTube" button accordingly.
