Hello,
I'm relocating from the US to Europe and need advice on shipping a workstation abroad.
Currently, I'm considering purchasing a flight case and adding expandable foam for protection.
I want to avoid opening the unit to protect any components, as I lack experience with custom-built setups.
Since it was previously shipped from the EU to the US without issues, I’m hoping this approach will work now that I need to send it back.

Please share your thoughts on:
1) The most suitable shipping methods
2) Details about the flight case
3) Recommended carriers like FedEx, UPS, or DHL

Thank you!

Send it to a global shipping provider, and have the professionals handle the packaging. DHL, UPS, whatever works.

Yeah, let someone else handle it... But there needs to be at least 4" of foam around the whole PC, inside a hard case like a Pelican or road case. You don't want to use the blue expandable foam in your picture either - you need open-cell foam like a pick-and-pack that allows movement so the computer and its contents can shift slightly with bumps.

I'm surprised in your line of work, with the clients you seem to have worked with, you haven't seen a road case of gear... what's going on with Ezequiel?
