I checked, but it seems you can’t easily rearrange the sound device order on Windows 10. You have many devices, some disabled and others created by software like GG, making the list lengthy. There’s no straightforward way to reorder them without scrolling through each time.

It's a highly specialized scenario, which means it wasn't missed. Few users possess the necessary audio equipment to fully utilize this feature. I'd estimate it to be a tiny fraction of a percentage.

You might be correct, though I noticed many similar questions. The menu I'm interested in doesn't match what's shown here—it only displays four options before requiring a scroll.

I keep most of my recordings mixed with Voicemeeter, so I don’t have to adjust them much.
