She recently got a new account in Australia and bought the DLC for the Euro Truck Simulator 2. She paid using a PayPal gift card. When she first tried, there was an error about initializing or updating the transaction. After retrying, the purchase status showed as pending with a short review. Note that she isn’t a regular Steam user—she just created a new account and spent $5 on it. This might be why the order is still waiting. Please let me know if you need more help.
