Hey there, do you have any idea where to place orders for a physical copy of games like Dragon Age: Inquisition, rather than just getting a download code?

Check Amazon or eBay for physical versions. Often they have hard copies available. You might also get a pre-order from GameStop, though I wouldn't recommend it. (GameStop has a reputation to maintain.)

Modern usage often skips physical formats, as digital options are more affordable and quicker.

It's strange how even official copies include a game key. Even games like Age of Empires 3, released in 2005, seem to have hidden keys.

I prefer having physical copies since it gives me a real sense of ownership. If digital distribution ever stops, I can still install the game even without online servers. I still have many Humongous Entertainment titles, even though Atari isn’t around anymore. But I agree with you. Right now, a download key is far superior.

Not always the fastest option is the top speed you think it is.

All game shops carry the actual copies. It depends on your location, but you’ll find many options. Most can deliver them straight to your home.

I was once like everyone else... I always preferred physical copies, but over the years I've seen Steam grow strong and reliable, making hard copies unnecessary.
