When I power on my PC, the motherboard flashes an orange indicator and the monitor fails to display any video output. I often have to disconnect it from the PSU and restart it to boot into Windows. Specific details: Ryzen 5 3600, 32 GB RAM, RTX 3090, NVMe 850W PSU, B550 Plus with TUF Gaming motherboard.

Consider adjusting the drama settings from 3600 to the default option in your BIOS.

This indicates you can perform several actions. Ensure XMP is enabled and reset the BIOS by shorting the two pins labeled CLTRC. Reinstall RAM gradually. Verify the 8-pin CPU power connection—make sure the connector is seated properly.

Your PC takes a moment to start after powering off from the PSU. This issue occurred before and was linked to the CPU not being securely fastened—specifically on an ASUS Prime board. Once it boots, everything works normally.
