System appears functional with fans running, RGB visible, but no display signal. GPU cooling isn’t active. No load detected. Consider checking connections and power supply.

If it's DDR5, you may need extra time for memory training. The required duration depends on the amount of RAM you have, as well as your PC specifications. Please share those details in your post.

Sorry, here’s a revised version of your notes. PSU: RM850e MoBo: Asus TUF B650 plus Wi-Fi CPU: 9700x GPU: 9070 XT Memory: 2x16GB DDR5 Corsair vengeance CPU cooler: Thermalright Phantom Spirit Case: H5 flow Could the orange light really be memory training? Everything else I've read suggests that it's an issue with the RAM or something similar

I left it on for around 20 minutes, but the orange light remains, indicating it wasn’t memory training. What should I do next?

Check the motherboard or GPU connection points. Usually, you'll find the monitor plugged into either one.

I checked both the motherboard and GPU, but it seems the problem might be with the RAM, though I’m still unsure.
