the question is straightforward—would there be any reason this specific memory not fit in my current system? right now i own four 2gb ddr3 sticks at 1333mhz, and i’m considering swapping two of them for two new ones.

I understand you need to place them in the correct channels. I’m aware the memory will slow down to 1333MHz, but I’m just reaching out since I already invested in a kit that didn’t work because motherboards only support DDR3 or DDR4. Just trying to be cautious.
