Hel lo Guys, I've just finish installing a new Router From Asus ( ASUS RT-AC86U ) as an OpenVPN server in my office and I also finished setting up the OpenVPN client in our office in different City using another Asus Router ( ASUS RT-AC68U ), we using this set up for an Application called " Accurate 5 Accounting Software " we placed the database file (format .GDB) in our main office server PC and we used the OpenVPN feature from Asus Router so that our office in other city can directly input to the server database from the software. The Problem is when inputing data using the application you get disconnected frequently showing this error When you close the application and start it again it stills connected to the server database, sometimes it work well but not for a full day of use. This Problem did not occur in our main office only occur on our client in other city. So I was wondering if there is another setting that I must do or should I Upgrade the bandwidth of our internet if so where should I upgrade? Upgrade the server side or the client side?

Likely packet loss together with database query timeout configuration. Check if raising the query timeout helps.
