I would begin by adjusting the display options. Checking the scale and layout settings, perhaps increasing to 100% could help. It seems the current size might be around 150%.

Use the small taskbar buttons for 1366x768 resolution. Right-click on your Taskbar and select Taskbar Settings to access this feature.
