Recently my GPU (3080) has been getting warmer than normal. I've updated drivers, Windows, and BIOS (disabling HAGS) but it persists. I ran a virus scan and verified file locations. I ruled out the GPU as the issue. Swapped in a working 3060, which is a fresh build. DWM still appears in high settings. It's been about a week now with these problems on my 12th gen I7 12700K RX 3080 Asus ROG Strix Z609I 32GB 6000MHz.

Did you attempt to stop all other programs, such as games? Your screen shows Halo highlighted. A 30% usage rate isn’t that low. Check the solutions for high DWM consumption here: https://www.partitionwizard.com/partitio...h-gpu.html
