What makes a CPU suitable for OpenCV workstation? A. Medium core processor with high clock speed (like i9 9900K, 8C/16T/5GHZ, etc.)
B. Multiple cores with moderate speed (such as Xeon E5 2699v4, 22C/44T/2.2GHZ)
C. Many cores at high speed (like Xeon W2295, 18C/36T/3GHZ)

Can Group C outperform Groups A and B in OpenCV performance? If you're considering a dual Xeon E5 2699v4 with 128GB DDR4 2400MHZ RAM, what advice would you like? Your thoughts are welcome!
