I'm experiencing issues when running RAM speeds above 2400MHz with AMD drivers. I see green or black screens depending on the settings. Disabling gear down mode seems to help. Overclocking causes thermal throttling at around 70°C, and I encounter graphical errors afterward. I'm unsure how to proceed.

Was it using XMP? I believe it was referred to as DOCP on AMD platforms.

On my motherboard it's labeled A-XMP. I attempted the "memory try it!" option but it didn't help either. What helped was turning A-XMP on and then off gear down and power down. I tried to push the clock again today with some effort. The graphics card is 1500mhz at 1.2v, the chipset 1.1v, CPU at 40.00 with a 1.335v core voltage. Time Spy showed a score of 1328. The stock configuration with just RAM running at 3200mhz was about 1100. My board doesn't support PBO, though it worked in some older BIOS versions; they removed it because it wouldn't improve performance (I ran Cinebench R23). Ryzen Master also didn't recognize PBO being active.
