I've got your Lenovo Z 51-70 setup, upgraded the HDD to an SSD, and still kept the old HDD for backup and dual boot. During BIOS startup, the HDD sometimes doesn't appear at all. It seems the system boots too quickly to properly recognize it. I've checked the BIOS menu for options to slow down the load, but haven't found a suitable setting yet. Could someone help me resolve this or suggest alternative solutions?

Hello, Zephyr! Your problem is resolved—let me know how it went. I’m facing the same issue with my Lenovo Z170 80k6: after swapping to a new SSD and keeping the HDD for storage, the BIOS and Windows don’t recognize the HDD in the caddy. I’ve tried various BIOS configurations, but nothing changes. Could you help find a solution? Thanks!
