Hey there, so if you're using an Nvidia card and want to boost your FPS, I found a cool trick. Open the game and turn off MSAA while turning on FXAA. Then, in your Nvidia control panel, set X16 Anti Aliasing and FXAA under the GTA V profile. This improved performance and visuals for me.

I also limited pre-rendered frames to a single value. This helped watch dogs perform better.

I'm not sure about the results. I agree it could increase frame count, and you can adjust these options within the game. It didn't improve my experience; in fact, I noticed more rough edges. Still, it might be worth trying for others. Also, changing the Anti Aliasing to x16 isn't the same as switching to x16 Anisotropic Filtering—those settings are likely different.
