I've been working on maintaining a consistent 10600k performance, but lately the core frequency drops unexpectedly even after stressing the CPU. Could there be an issue with the motherboard? Checking its specifications might help.

I modified the bios to reflect the chip reaching its turbo time and power limits. All relevant settings have been turned off.

Initial setup altered. LLC configuration and voltage settings plus many other parameters. All restrictions must be disabled. Similar to this.

Based on my observations, a blue screen often appears due to insufficient voltage, while significant frequency shifts appear specifically with the OCCT small dataset or smallFFTs using Prime 95.
