Check your current specs and see if upgrading to a faster SSD makes sense. Let me know if you need help with that!

You want it to perform tasks more quickly, especially when they are easy. It tends to slow down during complex or lengthy operations.

Good choice. Your RTX 4070 should handle the workload well, but make sure your CPU isn’t the limiting factor.

Usually these processors aren’t strong for editing, but a 13900k would handle it well. If you own the right hardware, it should function properly. The GPU usage varies based on the software and your process.

Is the memory ECC? That's not crucial. The latest CPUs run incredibly fast, handling many instructions each clock cycle and reaching high boost speeds. The 8160 series supports six memory channels, but your board only allows four if all sixteen slots are filled. Specs mention dual channel, so we’d need more details to say otherwise. Still, it’s not a big deal since DDR4 now regularly hits over 5000MHz and DDR5 is above 7000MHz when possible.
