The highlighted cores in Ryzen Master that show a star won’t handle much voltage reduction as much as the ones that give the best performance on single-thread tasks. I suggest lowering them by about five degrees compared to the rest and see how it goes. They might run smoothly across all workloads, but they’ll fail under idle or light loads because the scheduler favors lower voltages there. I own my top-performing cores (star marked) at -10, the next set with a dot at -15, and the remaining ones at -20. With a 5950x and 10c cooler, they perform well at idle and peak to 75°C under single or all-core stress, reaching up to 1.41V on single core, 29K Cinebench multicore, and 1710 single-core scores with a Noctua NH-D15.
