You're using a solid setup with an Intel i5-12500H and RTX 4060, but still experiencing low FPS. It sounds like the issue might be related to driver conflicts or background processes. Try updating your graphics drivers, checking for resource leaks, or temporarily disabling background apps to see if performance improves.

The NVIDIA drivers over the last two weeks seem unreliable. If you've had this problem for over a month, it might point to other issues like overheating or throttling. How are your temperatures?

My temperatures are normal, I'm running the 566.14 driver. I'm currently playing the game and my computer feels too cold.

97 seems acceptable based on what I observe. The most recent NVIDIA driver version is 581.15 for game-ready drivers. I recommend updating: Windows to the newest version, BIOS to its latest release, chipset drivers to the newest version, and NVIDIA drivers to the latest one. After updating, we can attempt further troubleshooting if problems persist. Drivers for BIOS and chipset are typically listed on the manufacturer's official website product page.

You're experiencing issues with F-Sync OS. It might be related to the BIOS update. The chipset could be outdated. Try checking the latest drivers and compare benchmark results online.

Framesync OS is a system designed to improve gaming performance by optimizing frame delivery. DLSS is currently active, and the game runs at 1440p with high detail settings.

You seem unfamiliar with the FSOS? It looks like you're not using the NVIDIA app, just the control panel.

you seem to be referring to a customized version of Windows 24h2, not something official. I wouldn't install anything like that. If you're having problems with a custom setup, it's best to contact the company that provides the distribution. For a clean start, consider installing the official Windows 11 and see if your issues continue—any changes to the OS are considered illegal redistribution.
