I'm using an i7 4790k with a GeForce GTX 970, but I'm still facing frame rate issues even at low settings. Streaming and video editing also cause problems. My readings show voltages above 0.757 for the i7 and 0.993 for the GTX, with temperatures staying under 30°C. Is my setup still considered high-end or is there another issue?

Troubleshooting low frame rate issues on the LofL support page; fixing corrupted game files; turning off in-game sounds; improving Windows performance; open a ticket if none of these help.
