Execute Apex with administrator privileges. - Allocate additional CPU if needed, as Windows limits background tasks. Modify the dword "systemresponsivness" to 0 in the specified path; save the change before revisiting settings. For stutter issues, refer to this guide: https://pastebin.com/YgkNQjwP. Monitor the orange FPS counter on the upper right if it improves. This setup can be applied via startcommands, but reload it by pressing F12 while on the map if graphics settings change afterward. If successful, adjusting the "showfps_enabled" value to 0 may help. This configuration doesn’t alter graphics settings—choose options from the menu or videosetting.txt in the Apex folder. Consider disabling Windows Game Mode and other factors; sometimes setting the mouse polling rate to 500Hz instead of 1000Hz resolves stutter. Stay tuned for updates.

The 60-100fps setting works well with this hardware. Isn't the R3 1200 a four-core, four-thread CPU? I recall seeing full CPU utilization in Apex when using an i7 9700F at 1440p, which would cause stuttering. At 900p the demand on your CPU seems intense. You're aiming for maximum GPU performance while keeping CPU load high is what's leading to the stutter. I had to use rivatuner to cap the frames per second and reduce the stutter. It might help to experiment with different FPS settings. Also, try to minimize background processes running.

It runs smoothly at 100 frames per second in rare moments, such as when observing the sky, though it maintains a steady 60 fps under any condition. It's running at 4C and 4T. I also observed that the game only experiences stuttering at startup before stabilizing, which likely happened because both the CPU and Windows prioritized Apex performance.

I've noticed the issue for the last week or so after the update. Apex is acting very poorly. The game freezes a lot at the start. Even on my rig with the same settings, it drops below 100fps. I experienced around 50fps several times. Try enabling the frame rate limiter in Rivatuner to see how it affects things. I understand Apex usually runs well on less powerful hardware.
