I notice my CPU is running at 70%-80% while the GPU stays low at 2%-10%. I’m not achieving the desired 144 FPS, though I don’t see a significant drop unless I enter city mode. My graphics are set to high, not maximum. My system is an Asus Z370e I7-8700K @5.0GHz, paired with an Asus Strix 1080Ti and 16GB Corsair Vengeance RAM.
